Setting up and cleaning up Appreciation Breakfast/Lunch and donating food/ drinks and/or gathering donations

Next Practice Grants Volunteer Info
Volunteer Opportunities Include:
Reviewing and Voting on submitted grant proposals.
Est Time Contribution:
1-2 hours to review grant proposals
1-2 hours to collaborate and decide on approved proposals during an in-person meeting
Randolph Rocks 5K/1K Volunteer Info
Volunteer Opportunities Include:
Race Day Volunteers: Assistance with race registration, handing out water to runners along the route, distributing food at the finish line, assisting with the fun zone activities and helping with event setup and cleanup
Est Time Contribution:
Race Day Volunteers: Up to 5 hours on race day
5K/1K Committee: Planning the event, recruiting sponsorship, organizing race day volunteers, event advertising (handing out flyers and lawn signs)
Est Time Contribution:
1-2 hour virtual meetings to collaborate and decide on various race day activities (Up to 4 meetings between March and June)
Up to 6 hours on race day
Rock Stars Volunteer Info
Volunteer Opportunities Include:
Rock Star Volunteers: Assistance with filling out stars with submitted order information and delivering those stars
Est Time Contribution:
Up to 3 hours in total
Rock Star Committee: Planning the event, setting up and cleaning up the event
Est Time Contribution:
1-2 hour virtual meetings to collaborate on the event (Up to 2 meetings between April and June)
Up to 3 hours on event day
