For the coming year, the Randolph Education Foundation will focus on the following goals:

1. Support innovative educational programming in our          schools. 

In our inaugural year, we will work through the efforts of the Randolph PTAs, and directly contribute to each school's highly successful mini-grant program.

2. Support the continued education of our teaching staff through professional development. 

The REF will work with teachers and administrators to identify and fund both practical and inventive learning opportunities for teachers.

3. Support school readiness through the 2nd Pair Program. 

The REF will assist our neediest students, helping to ensure all Randolph students come to school ready to learn.
